This set represents standard 65" x 35", 50-man life raft canisters fit to large, late Cold War-era US Navy warships such as ships of the Kitty Hawk class (USS Kitty Hawk CVA-63 and USS Constellation CVA-64) as well as USS Enterprise CVN-65, USS America CVA-66, USS John F. Kennedy CVA-67, ships of the Nimitz class and Wasp class amphibious assault ships. These life raft canisters are intended to replace kits' inaccurately shaped life raft canisters.
