This highly detailed and accurately sized models represent the eight 15" naval rifles (cannons) of British battlecruiser HMS Hood.
 
These model turrets are based on plans of the actual ship.  They are NOT 3D-printed copies of any plastic or resin kit's parts and therefore are shaped and sized differently.  They are designed to fit Model Monkey turrets.  If you intend to install these in your Airfix kit's turrets, some adjustment to your plastic kit's turrets may be necessary for best fit.
 
You do NOT need this product if you are buying Model Monkey turrets.  Those turrets come with barrels.
