Here is a downloadable scan of an official US Navy Bookley of General Plans drawing of the Action class (Royal Navy Flower class variant) patrol gunboat USS Action PG-86.  This plan was prepared by Boston Navy Yard, Charlestown, Massachusetts, dated 7 April 1943.  This scan shows a plan (overhead views) of several decks.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
