Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Allen M. Sumner-class destroyer USS Allen M. Sumner DD-692 (modernized FRAM-II configuration).  The drawings were originally prepared by Federal Shipbuilding and Drydock Company, Kearny, New Jersey, based on design and engineering drawings by the ship's designer, Gibbs & Cox Inc., New York City, dated 31 March 1943, and updated by Charleston Navy Shipyard dated 18 October 1968.

 

The original scan was posted by Tom Bates on the Ship General Arrangement Plans and Drawings Group on Facebook for release to the public.
