Here is a downloadable scan of an official US Navy Bookley of General Plans drawing of the Asheville class (Royal Navy River class) patrol frigate USS Asheville PF-1 (ex-HMS Adur K 269).  This plan was prepared by Boston Navy Yard, Charlestown, Massachusetts, dated 26 April 1943.  This scan shows the inboard profile view and plan (overhead) views of the upper decks.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
