Here is a downloadable scan of an official US Navy drawing of the Canonicus-class ironclad monitor USS Saugus 1862. The drawing was prepared by the ship's builder, Harlan & Hollingsworth, Wilmington, Delaware circa 1862. The scan shows the plan (overhead) view of the main deck.
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
