Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Clemson-class destroyer USS William B. Preston DD-344 prepared by Norfolk Navy Yard, Norfolk, Virginia, dated 6 May 1921.  This sheet includes plan (overhead) views of decks and platforms.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
