Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Northampton-class heavy cruiser USS Chester CA-27.  The drawing was prepared by the New York Shipbuilding Company, Camden, New Jersey, dated 8 July 1932.  This sheet includes outboard and inboard profile views.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
