Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Edsall-class radar picket ship USS Ottertstetter DER-244.  The drawings were prepared by the Charleston Naval Shipyard, Charleston, South Carolina, dated 18 July 1952.
 
This set of drawings includes outboard profile view and plan (overhead) views of the main deck and various superstructure decks and platforms.
 
Due to the size of the drawings, they have been compiled and compressed as a single *.zip file.
 
The original scan was obtained by noted researcher and historian Rick E. Davis from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
