Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Farragut-class destroyer USS Monaghan DD-354, probably prepared by Mare Island Naval Shipyard, Vallejo, California, circa July, 1942.  This scan shows plan (overhead) views of several superstructure decks, the hull upper deck and main deck.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
