Here is a downloadable scan of an official US Navy drawing of the Higgins 36' LCVP (Landing Craft Vehicle Personnel) "Higgins Boat".  The drawing was prepared by Higgins Industries, New Orleans, Louisiana, for the US Navy Bureau of Ships, dated 16 July 1952.  The scan includes an inboard profile view and plan (overhead) view.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
