Here is a downloadable scan of official German Kriegsmarine general arrangement drawings of the light cruiser Emden.  The drawings were prepared by the ship's builder Reichsmarinewerft, Wilhelmshaven, Germany, with individual sheets drawn from 1923 to 1936.
 
Drawings include a profile (side) view, rigging plan, compass plan, plan (overhead) view of the upper deck, superstructure decks, forecastle deck, middle deck, armored deck, platform deck, hold, inner bottom, various cross sections, auxiliary exhaust system, sternpost, rudder and propeller arrangement.
 
The original scan was obtained from the Bundesarchiv.
