Here is a downloadable scan of an official Kriegsmarine (German Navy) drawing of the planned but never built World War Two-era M-class light cruiser.  This drawing was prepared by the German Navy High Command ("Der Oberbefehlshaber der Kriegsmarine"), dated 7 October 1938.  This drawing show an inboard profile view and plan (overhead) views of several upper decks and platforms.

The original scan was obtained from the Bundesarchiv and graciously made available to the public by "The Dreadnought Project", a naval history wiki focusing on the period 1880-1920.
