Here is a downloadable scan of an official builder's drawing of the Royal Netherlands Navy Colossus-class aircraft carrier Hr. Ms. Karel Doorman R81.  This plan was prepared by N.V. Nederlandsche Vereenigde Scheepsbouw Bureaux (Netherlands United Shipbuilding Bureaux Ltd.), Gravenhage, dated 12 April 1960 .  This scan shows the plan (overhead) view of the flight deck and island decks.
 
The original scan was obtained from the Netherlands National Archives, The Hague.
