Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Pennsylvania-class armored cruiser USS Colorado ACR-7, 1905-1930. The drawing was prepared by Navy Yard New York dated 20 September 1907 and updated by Navy Yard Puget Sound dated 4 April 1916. The scan shows hull cross-sections and the general arrangement of armor.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
