Here is a downloadable scan of official drawings of the single-screw protected cruiser USS Atlanta (1894) prepared by Navy Yard New York dated December 1899. This scan shows a plan (overhead) view of the superstructure deck and boat stowage.
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
