Here is a downloadable scan of official drawings of the Columbia-class twin-screw protected cruiser USS Minneapolis C-13 / CA-17 (1894) prepared by the ship's builder, William Cramp & Sons, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, dated 20 June 1895. This scan shows the plan (overhead) views of the main deck and bridges.

 

The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
