Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy drawings of the Elco 70' PT Boat PT-10.  The drawing was prepared by the Elco Naval Division of the Electric Boat Company, Bayonne, New Jersey, dated 28 March 1941.  This scan shows two hull cross sections, at Frame 28 at the officers' compartment, and at Frame 46 at the engineering room compartment.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
