Here is a downloadable scan of an official builder's drawing of the Olympic class ocean liner RMS Titanic.  The drawing was prepared by the ship's builder, Harland & Wolff, circa 1911.  The drawing includes an inboard profile view and plan (overhead) views of several decks.
 
This drawing was submitted to the US Government as a part of the "Petition of the Oceanic Steam Navigation Company, Limited, for Limitation of its Liability as owner of the steamship TITANIC".
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
