Here is a downloadable scan of an official US Navy Booklet fo General Plans drawing of the Sims-class destroyer USS Morris DD-417.  The drawing was originally prepared by Navy Yard New York then updated by Navy Yard Norfolk, Virginia, dated 4 April 1940.  The scan shows the outboard profile view.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
