Here is a downloadable scan of an official German Kaiserliche Marine (Imperial Navy) general arrangement drawings of the Königsberg-class (1905) light cruiser SMS Königsberg.  The drawing was prepared by Kaiserliche Werft, Kiel circa 1912.  The drawing shows the ship's inboard and outboard profile views.
