Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy drawings of the Tennessee-class armored cruiser USS Missoula CA-13 (ex-USS Montana ACR-13).  This plan was updated from USS Montana ACR-13 drawings circa 1920.  This scan shows plan (overhead) views of several decks.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
