Here is a downloadable scan of an official US Navy Naval History and Heritage Command summary of the armament carried by USS Constitution during the 18th through 20th Centuries.  The document was written by historian M.M. Desy of the Naval History and Heritage Command Detachment Boston, updated in January, 2017. 
 
The document describes various actual weapons carried by USS Constitution throughout her history as well as the reproduction (non-firing) weapons aboard the ship today.  The author explains that the weapons aboard the ship changed over time and why the reproduction weapons carried by Constitution today are not accurate for Constitution as she appeared during the War of 1812.
