Here is a downloadable scan of an official US Navy outboard profile drawing of the 20-gun brig USS Niagara 1813.  The drawing's authorship and age are uncertain, perhaps drawn as part of her first, centennial restoration in 1913.  The scan shows the outboard profile above the waterline and teh spar plan.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
