Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Rudderow-class destroyer escort USS Ruchamkin DE-228 converted to high speed transport  APD-89 prepared by Boston Naval Shipyard dated 20 November 1961.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration by Mr. Ed Zajkowski and graciously donated to the San Francisco Maritime National Park Association for release to the public.
