Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Sampson-class destroyer USS Wilkes DD-67.  The drawing was prepared by the US Navy Bureau of Construction and Repair circa 1922.  This sheet includes outboard and inboard profile views.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
