Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Pennsylvania class battleship USS Arizona BB-39 prepared by Navy Yard Puget Sound dated 3 June 1941.  This scan includes sheets 1 (title page), 2 (tables of ship's data) and 4 (inboard profile).  Other sheets are available separately.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
