Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Wyoming class battleship USS Arkansas BB-33.  The drawing was prepared by Navy Yard New York dated 8 June 1944.  This sheet includes plan (overhead) views of decks and platforms.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
