Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the South Carolina class battleship USS Michigan BB-27 prepared by the US Navy Bureau of Construction and Repair dated 22 December 1909.  This scan shows several deck plan (overhead) views.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
