Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the New Mexico class battleship USS New Mexico BB-40 prepared by Navy Yard Puget Sound dated 21 October 1944.  This set includes plan (overhead) views of the main deck, 2nd deck, 3rd deck, splinter deck, 1st platform, 2nd platform, hold and inner bottom.  Other sheets are available separately.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
