Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Balao-class submarine USS Sand Lance SS-381 prepared by Navy Yard Portsmouth New Hampshire dated 13 July 1943.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration and graciously made available to the public by the San Francisco Maritime National Park Association.
