Here is a downloadable scan of official builder's drawings of the Pennsylvania class battleship USS Arizona BB-39 prepared by Norfolk Navy Yard dated 8 November 1930.  This scan shows the right side of the original drawing which captures the hull's forward stations.  The scan includes the hull lines and body plan of the ship with anti-torpedo blisters added to the ship's hull during her 1930-1931 reconstruction.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
