Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy drawings of the 38-gun frigate USS Constellation 1797.  The drawings were prepared by the US Navy Bureau of Ships dated 7 September 1944 from extensive research and other historical records.  The plan also applies to sister frigate USS Congress 1799.  The scan shows an outboard profile view, hull lines and cross sections.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
