Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy CV-67.  The only ship of her class, she is considered a variant of the Kitty Hawk-class.  The drawings were prepared by Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company, Newport News, Virginia, updated 17 August 1991.  The drawings represent the ship as she appeared shortly after Operation Desert Storm.
 
This set of 10 drawings includes ship's data, port and starboard outboard profiles, inboard profile, plan (overhead) views of the island, bridges, flight deck, gallery deck, main (hangar) deck, 01 level, 02 level, 03 level (gallery deck), 2nd deck, 3rd deck, 4th deck, 1st platform, 2nd platform, hold, and double bottom.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US Government System for Award Management website (SAM.gov).
