Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Pennsylvania class battleship USS Pennsylvania BB-38 originally prepared by New York Navy Yard dated Janaury, 1917 then updated by Puget Sound Navy Yard to match the ship in July, 1922.  This drawing includes several hull cross sections of the ship's early "cage mast" appearance.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
