Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Pennsylvania class battleship USS Pennsylvania BB-38 prepared by Navy Yard Philadelphia, Pennsylvania dated 8 December 1931 following major reconstruction.  This drawing includes the forward hull portion of the outboard profile view.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
