Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Contract Plans of the Pennsylvania class battleships USS Pennsylvania BB-38 and USS Arizona BB-39 prepared by the US Navy Bureau of Construction and Repair, Washington, D.C., dated 8 July 1913.  This scan shows the right side of the original drawing which captures the forward portion of the ship's inboard profile and plan (overhead) views of the ships' upper deck.  Contract plans were provided to shipbuilders to aid in the further development of the ships' design.  The drawing is signed by then-Acting Secretary of the Navy Franklin D. Roosevelt.

The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
