Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Wickes-class destroyer USS Boggs DD-136 in her fast minelayer DMS-3 configuration.  The drawing was originally prepared by Mare Island Navy Yard, Mare Island, California, dated 23 October 1941.  This sheet includes inboard and outboard profile views.
 
The original scan was obtained from the US National Archives and Records Administration, College Park, Maryland.
