Here is a downloadable scan of official US Navy Booklet of General Plans drawings of the Woban-class tugboat USS Nokomis YTB-142.  The plans were prepared by the US Navy Bureau of Construction and Repair, circa 1940.  The scan includes outboard and inboard profile views, and plan (overhead) views of several decks and platforms, and hull cross sections.  The vessel was present at Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941 and fought fires aboard the stricken battleships USS Arizona BB-39, USS Nevada BB-36 and USS California BB-44.
 
The original scan was graciously made available to the public by the San Francisco Maritime Park Association.
